Avery Verse is a win-win company. We want all our customers to walk away from a purchase excited and satisfied. If you find that your purchase is not right for you, we are pleased to offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- Purchases must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order
- All bags must be returned in good condition along with the branded hang tag, inner brand label, limited label, branded dust bag and the designer box without damage or defect

- Shipping Details
- Tracking Number

We will supply a return label upon request. If unforeseen circumstances make using the return label impossible, we will still cover the cost of shipping provided the refund is approved.
It is your responsibility to ensure the purchase is not damaged while in your care. If there is any damage or defect with the returned item we will send it back to you and the refund will be denied. We have the right to refuse any return if the above criteria is not met so please take the time to ensure everything is accurate. Sale items cannot be refunded.
At this point, we do not offer exchanges so please be sure you are happy with the chosen item before purchasing it.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive after successful completion of the order. All Avery Verse bags are hand made, requiring substantial time to produce our exemplary quality, and so your patience is appreciated.
Upon successful completion of the order an email will be sent to you with the tracking number for your reference. Avery Verse is not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry so please be sure to double check everything before submitting.
